HENRY J. DICK Henry J. Dick peacefully passed into the presence of his Lord on August 19, 2005, at the age of 81 at MSA Hospital, Abbotsford. He is lovingly remembered by his dear wife Katherine, of 59 years; and three children, Evy (Rudy) Kopp of Surrey, BC, Judy (Don) Falk of Red Deer, AB, and Ron (Lesley) Dick of Abbotsford, BC. He will also be missed by grandchildren, Heather (Ken), David (Amriannah), Angela, Rachel (Jeremy), Kathryn, Matthew, Jason, Graeme and Vanessa; great-grandson Elias; brothers, David, Walter (Edna) and Ed (Helen). He was predeceased by his brother Jake and two sisters, Katie and Esther. Henry was an educator in the private and public school systems in Coaldale, AB, and Winnipeg, MB. He was also involved in the MB Conference, the Gideons, MCC, and the Gleaners. Henry loved golf, gardening and reading among many other things. Henry took great pride in his family. He had a passion for life. Visitation will be held Monday, August 22 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Rd., Abbotsford. Graveside will be Tuesday, August 23 at 9:00 a.m. at Maclure Road Cemetery followed by a celebration of Henry's life at 11:00 a.m. at Bakerview MB Church, 2285 Clearbrook Rd., Abbotsford.
